- Clients must list Firetalent Talent Management as their talent agency on Spotlight to be considered
- Clients will need to agree to book professional headshots to be represented (Firetalent Talent Management can recommend local headshot photographers)
- Client and Firetalent Talent Management can serve a one month's notice to leave agency or termination of the Firetalent Talent Management Contract
- Firetalent Talent Management represents children aged 4 + and adult actors to 104 +
- Firetalent Talent Management represents actors in the UK and overseas
- Firetalent Talent Management does not charge any fees to be represented
- Firetalent Talent Management prefers talent to have a Spotlight page to be represented, if talent is not on Spotlight an invitation link from Firetalent Talent Management can be provided once talent has been accepted onto Firetalent Talent Management's books, only if Firetalent Talent Management feel talent is talented and suitable for recommendation

- 1 x attached monologue (MAX 2 minutes), filmed in landscape, filmed waist to top of head, MAX size 80MB, send with a VIMEO or YOUTUBE link
- Your height
- Your playing age
- Your actual age
- Your current location
- If under 18 your LEA, (local authority/council name)
- Your parents name and number (if under 18)
